The Skyworks Balloon Company was created by Dave Monson to offer the public an intimate balloon experience and to provide a unique style of high profile advertising and promotion to a select and limited clientele who deserve to realize the potential of a Hot Air Balloon
program. Dave, a licensed commercial pilot, flight instructor/examiner, possesses vast experience in the Hot Air Balloon and Cold Air Inflatable industry. In addition to this knowledge, Dave brings with him a diversified background in marketing, promotion and advertising.
In 1986, Dave formed, owned and operated, the Skysport Balloon Company. Over the years, in addition to flying over 20,000 passengers accident-free, Skysport amassed a distinguished
list of Corporate Clients.
In 2004, Skysport evolved to become the Skyworks Balloon Company. Skyworks is a full service balloon & promotion firm with a hands-on and personal
approach supervised by the principal of the company. On the promotional side, the number of Hot Air Balloon clients are limited, thus ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that an immediate response to all questions and concerns are addressed. Marketing assistance, scheduling, client
reporting, media coverage and a host of other services are always available. On the balloon ride side, we strive to ensure that every balloon experience is cherished as a lifetime memory and that all our passengers are treated as VIP’s.
